E-Bike Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Florida Life E-Bike Rentals for your e-bike rental needs. We are pleased to offer convenient delivery services to enhance your experience. Please take a moment to review our E-Bike Delivery Policy outlined below.

1. Delivery Fee:
   a. The delivery fee for e-bike rentals within a 20-mile radius (of 33884) is $19.99 per order.
   b. The delivery fee is subject to change at the discretion of Florida Life E-Bike Rentals. Any modifications to the fee will be communicated in advance.

2. Free Delivery:
   a. Free delivery is available for orders that include three or more e-bikes.
   b. The free delivery option is applicable to locations within a 20-mile radius (of 33884).

3. Delivery Schedule:
   a. Deliveries are available From 8am to 10am, subject to availability.
   b. Delivery times may vary based on demand and location. Customers will be provided with an estimated delivery window during the reservation process.

4. Delivery Area:
   a. Our standard delivery service covers a 20-mile radius from our rental location.
   b. Deliveries beyond the 20-mile radius may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service for further details.

5. Delivery Requirements:
   a. A minimum rental period of 1 full day is required for all deliveries.
   b. The person who made the reservation must be present at the delivery location provide a valid ID and MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD.

6. Delivery Confirmation:
   a. A delivery confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once the e-bikes have been delivered to the specified location.
   b. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the e-bikes upon delivery and report any discrepancies or damages to Florida Life E-Bike Rentals immediately.

7. Cancellation and Changes:
   a. Any cancellations or changes to delivery reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
   b. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

8. Limitations:
   a. Florida Life E-Bike Rentals reserves the right to refuse or cancel delivery services if the delivery location is inaccessible, unsafe, or poses a risk to our delivery personnel or equipment.
