E-Bike Pickup Policy

Thank you for choosing our e-bike rental service. To ensure a smooth and convenient experience for all our customers, we have established this e-bike pickup policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully before proceeding with the e-bike pickup process.

1. Reservation and Confirmation:
   1.1 Prior to pickup, customers must make a reservation through our official website or mobile application.
   1.2 After completing the reservation, customers will receive a confirmation email or message containing essential details about their rental, including the pickup date, time, and location.

2. Pickup Location:
   2.1 E-bikes can only be picked up from our authorized rental station or designated pickup points.
   2.2 Customers must arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time as stated in their reservation confirmation.

3. Identification and Documentation:
   3.1 Customers must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID) at the time of pickup.
   3.2 If the reservation was made using a credit card, the cardholder must present the same card used during the booking process.

4. Safety Briefing and Instructions:
   4.1 Upon arriving at the pickup location, customers will receive a comprehensive safety briefing and operational instructions from our staff.
   4.2 It is mandatory for customers to pay full attention to the safety instructions provided.

5. Security Deposit:
   5.1 A security deposit is required for each e-bike rental.
   5.2 The security deposit can be paid in cash or authorized on a credit/debit card and will be refunded upon safe return of the e-bike, provided there is no damage or breach of the rental agreement.

6. Rental Agreement:
   6.1 Customers must sign a rental agreement before receiving the e-bike.
   6.2 The rental agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, including the customer's responsibility for the e-bike during the rental period.

7. Age and Licensing Requirements:
   7.1 Customers must be of legal age to operate an e-bike in their jurisdiction.
   7.2 Customers may be required to hold a valid driver's license or other appropriate licensing as per local regulations.

8. Condition of the E-Bike:
   8.1 Before accepting the e-bike, customers should inspect it for any pre-existing damage and report it to the staff.
   8.2 If the e-bike is found to be damaged during the inspection, the rental may be declined, or the customer may be held liable for the damage.

9. Return Policy:
   9.1 Customers must return the e-bike to the designated rental station at the specified time.
   9.2 Late returns may incur additional charges.
   9.3 The e-bike should be in the same condition as when it was rented, subject to reasonable wear and tear.

10. Cancellation Policy:
   10.1 Customers can cancel their reservation up to a certain time before the pickup without any penalty. The specific cancellation window and fees will be provided during the booking process.

11. Violation of Policies:
   11.1 Any violation of this e-bike pickup policy or any reckless behavior during the rental period may result in termination of the rental without refund.
