E-Bike Pickup and Transportation Policy

 

At Florida Life Media, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers when it comes to picking up and transporting our e-bikes. To ensure the safety and integrity of our e-bikes, we have established the following policy:

E-Bike Pickup Location:

• E-bikes are available for pickup at our home office, conveniently located in Winter Haven, FL 33884. The exact address will be provided at the time of booking.

Transportation Requirements:

• Customers must be prepared to lift and handle e-bikes that weigh up to 100 pounds or more.

• It is the responsibility of the customer to bring their own straps or e-bike rack capable of securely carrying a load of 200+ pounds.

Purpose:

• The primary objective of these requirements is to ensure customer safety during the pickup and transportation process.

• By lifting and securing the e-bikes properly, customers can help prevent damage to the e-bikes and maintain their functionality and avoid damage/replacement charges.
